陆卫风，医学博士，神经外科副主任医师，郑州大学第一附属医院神经外科功能学组负责人，功能神经外科神经调控中心门诊负责人。美国肯塔基大学医学中心访问学者，美国癫痫协会会员，美国神经调控协会会员，河南省神经修复学会委员。

2009年3月，参与《微电极引导下立体定向治疗帕金森病的基础与临床研究》项目，获得郑州市科技进步二等奖、河南省科学技术成果奖二等奖，发表论文10余篇。

2015年3月作为访问学者赴美国肯塔基大学医学中心神经外科学习和观察功能神经外科DBS（脑起搏器）手术，获美国肯塔基大学脑修复中心培训证书。
